Happy Saturday everyone! I’m a big fan of olives. My favorite kind are black olives but I’ll eat any of the many different varieties. My mother is quite fond of her dirty martinis when she accompanies us to dinner. I always cringe a bit when she asks our server to make them ”extra dirty.” I know it’s just olive brine, but those aren’t the words you want to hear coming out of your mother’s mouth. At least not my mother’s mouth. OLIVE it at that. Enjoy the weekend!
