When I was growing up the word TONIC was used in lieu of ‘soda’ when referring to carbonated soft drinks. Technically, it was incorrect as TONIC contains quinine, which gives it it’s signature bitter flavor. Happy hump day everyone. On to tomorrow!

It’s really amusing to me that the younger generation tries to dissect every single thing. They all try to be so politically correct. Let the older generation use the words they were brought up with and stop picking up on each and every little word they use.
