Whether you call it a kink, twinge or crick, having a CRAMP can be an excruciatingly painful experience. Years ago, I was getting them in my thigh on a recurring basis and my leg would ache for days. And then I found out about bananas being rich in potassium and haven’t had an episode since. Nature has her way of curing all of our ailments.
