My third attempt was a complete guess and I’m surprised it returned as being an actual word. It has 2 very different meanings according to the Merriam Webster dictionary. When using it as a noun it’s “the waste piece on a casting (as of metal or plastic) left by the hole through which the mold was filled.” And as a verb it means “a disease of tropical regions that is of unknown cause and is characterized by fatty diarrhea and malabsorption of nutrients.” In conclusion, it’s a word I’ll probably never use again! Have a terrific Tuesday. On to tomorrow!
