Not much of a challenge for me on account of my opening guess. My second choice, BLAST, would’ve also given me the same three letters to start with so there was no real harm in not choosing it that I can see. On to tomorrow!

The I was very difficult for me to place. The logical side of my brain told me that the solution most likely wouldn’t begin with an I and that I should look for another place for it to land. After my third guess, the remaining letters clued me into the answer through a bit of mental gymnastics. The Z, Q and X are always the first to go. Have a great start to your week everyone. Sort of an odd solution choice to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of the Wordle game don’t you think? Who knows, maybe it’s just me being an old fuddy-duddy. I didn’t really have any trouble with the solve and my third guess, POSER, is where I knew I had it in the bag. I hope you all had a marvelous weekend. On to tomorrow!

Something tells me that there’s going to be an awful lot of angry players today! Personally, I thought the final solution was brilliant. When I get so far along and can’t think of any more words, I need to remember to stop and think about repeating letters. That’s how I finally polished off todays game. Kudos to all that finished because this puzzle was definitely on the harder side. On to tomorrow!

My two guesses just happened to rhyme with the solution. Talk about completely random! I almost went with CLOWN as my guess at the final answer but changed it to FLOWN for some reason at the last minute. No complaints with the reults. Have a stellar weekend. On to tomorrow!

MY GAMEPLAY: CLAMP, PANDA, STREW, APRON
My third guess, STREW, was played completely out of frustration. I couldn’t think of a word with the letters I was working with so I tossed out the first word that came to mind from the remaining tiles. Looking at the etymology of our solve, I wasn’t surprised to see the origin of the word transitioning from Latin to French. French cuisine is my absolute favorite and do they ever know how to prepare a meal. Momsie never wore an APRON in the kitchen from what I remember. When she did cook, it was served up él natural with a dash of ash on top. Take it or leave it kiddos cause mommas meal is good to go straight out of the bottle. On to tomorrow!

I’m literally on fire! I’d have to check back and see but I think the last few of my games were solved in only 2 guesses. Earlier today Momsie and I exchanged starting words just in case one of us got lucky and guessed the answer. Her choice is MAJOR so she’ll be starting wth two vowels. Yikes! On to tomorrow!
