Pun Play: Her face went white when SHEARED the lion roar!
My Gameplay: ADIEU, PORTS, SWORN, SCORN, SHORN
Surely the answer was going to be SCORN and not SHORN, is what I told myself in my head when I chose the former. So frustrating! And just so you know, SHORN is simply the past participle of sheer. Happy Thursday everyone! On to tomorrow!
