My Gameplay: SWAMP, TRAMP, CRAMP

Whether you call it a kink, twinge or crick, having a CRAMP can be an excruciatingly painful experience. Years ago, I was getting them in my thigh on a recurring basis and my leg would ache for days. And then I found out about bananas being rich in potassium and haven’t had an episode since. Nature has her way of curing all of our ailments. The problem is that she’s been around for so long and our science hasn’t! I’m sure you catch my drift. On to tomorrow!

  1. I get leg cramps at night that wake me from a sound sleep. I had read somewhere that eating a teaspoon of mustard will relieve the pain. I tried this one night while in excruciating pain. It did not help though. It gave me heartburn 😂. Taking mustard isn’t very tasty at 2 in the morning. I’m going to try your suggestion and eat a banana a day. I hope it helps. Thank you
